How our Corporate Eyecare Works
This is designed to be simple for both employers and employees.
Employers just need to follow the two steps below:
1. Set up a Corporate Eyecare account with us.
Please call us on 71345891 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for registration.
2. Make Eye Examination Appointments for Your Staff.
Your staff may call us directly, or you may elect to make bookings on their behalf. If attending the practice give each employee a signed authorisation form from your company to bring with them to the examination. (Authorisation forms will be supplied by us).
After The Examination
We will issue the employee with a post examination report detailing the findings and clarifying whether spectacles are required specifically and only for VDU use. Those employees who require spectacles specifically for VDU use will be entitled to a basic frame and lenses. The post examination report will specify whether single vision or multifocal spectacles are required. Again in companies with a workforce ranging across all age groups there are likely to be 5% -10% of the employees that require a correction specifically for VDU use.
We will send you an itemised invoice at the end of each month for all the employees who have attended in that period.

If you want to offer more – Tailored Corporate Eye Care
If you would like to go a step further beyond the basic DSE regulations, we can develop tailored Corporate Eyecare to offer your staff more benefits.
Many of your employees will require a spectacle prescription not required solely for VDU use, ie still using their glasses for VDU as well as other day to day tasks.
Maintaining spectacles, ensuring they are comfortable, in good condition and up to date with regards to the spectacle prescription will ensure optimal productivity in work.
You can choose to give your employees extra help toward the cost of their glasses,
For example covering the cost of their lenses at a reduced rate to you:
• Single vision lenses at £25, normally costing them £49
• Versitile office lenses at £80 normally £100
